Bodman-Ludwigshafen lies on the German shore of Lake Constance and is one of the quietest places in the region. With its idyllic harbour, lakeside promenade and charming restaurants, the village offers the perfect balance between nature and culture.
Our apartments are in a quiet side street, about 5 minutes' walk from the harbour and beach, direct access to everything the village offers, yet with the calm of an idyllic residential setting.

The Lake Constance Cycle Path runs right past our house. Flat routes along the shore through wonderful scenery.

Sailing, windsurfing, canoeing, swimming, Lake Constance is a paradise. Several schools offer equipment and lessons.

Well-maintained hiking trails criss-cross the region with magnificent views of the lake and the Alps.
Boat trips
Explore the lake from the water. Round trips and island tours depart directly from Bodman harbour.
