AVIVA Uferglück is on the first floor and offers 50 m² with everything families and small groups need for a relaxed Lake Constance holiday. The first bedroom has a 180 cm double bed that can be separated into two single beds if required. The second bedroom has a bunk bed, ideal for children. The living-dining room with integrated kitchenette forms the cosy heart of the apartment.
A special feature: direct lake views through the living room windows. Lake Constance is literally in front of your eyes, in the morning over breakfast and in the evening as you relax. The bathroom has a shower and WC. The communal garden with barbecue is available to all guests and just a few steps away.
