Welcome to the top: AVIVA Sonnendeck is our flagship top-floor apartment. Its heart is the private rooftop terrace with unobstructed panoramic views over Lake Constance, breakfast at dawn, an afternoon nap in the sun, sundowner with the Alps on the horizon. The terrace is entirely yours.
Two generous bedrooms each with a 180 cm double bed, plus a sofa bed in the living-dining room, accommodate up to 5 guests. The separate kitchen with dishwasher is fully equipped. The compact bathroom has a shower; the separate WC adds extra convenience. As a top-floor apartment, the Sonnendeck features the charming sloped ceilings that give it its distinctive character. Ideal for special occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries, or simply an exceptional holiday you treat yourself to.
