Welcome to AVIVA Ankerplatz, our most spacious ground-floor apartment with direct access to your own private terrace. Spread over 70 m², it offers everything families and groups need for a relaxed Lake Constance holiday. The first bedroom has a 180 cm double bed that can be separated into two singles if needed. The second bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed, perfect for children. The living-dining room also has a sofa bed for one additional guest.
The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher leaves nothing to be desired. In the bathroom you can relax in the large bathtub or take a shower, both are available. The private terrace with garden furniture invites you to breakfast outdoors and spend evenings together. With direct access to the large communal garden, the Ankerplatz is the first choice for families with children.

Is Ankerplatz suitable for a family with 2 children?
Very well. The bunk bed in the second bedroom is ideal for two children. Parents sleep in the 180 cm double bed in the other room. The sofa bed in the living room accommodates a fifth guest if needed.
Can the double bed be split into two single beds?
Yes. The 180 cm double bed in the first bedroom consists of two joined 90 cm mattresses and can be separated into two single beds. Please let us know at booking or upon arrival.
Does Ankerplatz have a lake view?
No, Ankerplatz is on the ground floor and does not have a direct lake view. The private terrace faces the quiet garden. For a lake view, we recommend Uferglück, Seepanorama, or Sonnendeck.
